Live like a Warrior MEP - choose your parts!

DEADLINE: 1st of March!
This should be easy to remember, if you're having any trouble let me know as early as possible!!! As always I don't mind extending as long as you don't make me chase after you.

Let's get started
Now since this is a character driven MEP, please all think carefully about what character you're choosing, if you need help deciding I'd be happy to give advice (just tell me what animes you have/are thinking of using).
As I already said in the first organisation post: we're looking for characters who start out as losers/outcasts/insecure and who grow to become heroes or strong people (they don't all have to be from action/shonen animes! There are many shojo animes with shy and insecure characters who learn to stand up for themselves).
If you find a character that works well with this song it should be a good indicator for you, that you found what we're looking for!^^

I will take whichever part is left in the end, but I'd like to claim Homura from Madoka for whichever part that will be, forgive me if you wanted her too! XD

Would Al from FMAB count as a character ?
Because, well still, he had a hard time and sometimes felt really bad because he couldnt do anything until in the end he could help his brother.
or Ed, actually would fit as well in my opinion.

Afer a bit of reserach (because I haven't seen the anime), I'd say I'll trust your judgement, you can pick. They're not an obvious fit from the descriptions, but in any case I trust you can make it work! Al seems more fitting than Edward, but again I am only commenting from what I read about their personalities on FMA Wiki XD
